Orders for School/Club design products are made to order and can only be changed or cancelled within the below timeframes after placing your order. This is because we start the production process for these products after receiving the order.

At what age would I change from a junior to an adult mouthguard?

Our junior mouthguards are suitable for children up to age 10. When they reach the age of 10, we suggest that you use an adult mouthguard.

It’s worth bearing in mind that children do grow at different rates, therefore a children’s mouthguard requirement is based on the individual - this is a general guideline based on our experience.

I wear temporary braces, so what's the best option for me?

If you wear a temporary brace, you should remove it when taking part in any sport and use one of our non-brace mouthguards.

Will I be charged VAT and Import Duties for Overseas order?

UK - No, there will be no additional charges including import duty and VAT.

USA - Products are stored and shipped from US warehouses so there will be no additional import duties

EU - As all our mouthguards are manufactured in UK there will be no duties payable. VAT is included in the prices and will be displayed at checkout.

Rest of World – You will be notified of any additional charges at the checkout and will have the option to prepay them along with your order.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

Absolutely. Provided that you follow the moulding instructions carefully and do not leave your mouthguard in the hot water for longer than 20 seconds on each occasion, our mouthguards can be moulded multiple times.

How long does a mouthguard last?

This depends on your age and the condition of your mouthguard. Children and those undergoing orthodontic treatment should change their gum shields on a regular basis. Mouthguards should also be inspected frequently to check for any signs of wear and tear. Older children and adults may not grow, but the mouthguard will wear down with use so we would recommend replacing your mouthguard annually.

Please also note that our comprehensive dental warranty is only valid for a year from the date of purchase.

No, they are not poisonous if ingested. We carry out what is called ‘chemical innocuousness testing’ on our products for the presence of phthalates and other potential nasties. All of our products pass these tests.
